6:30 pm Beg/Int class: Classes resume on June 22nd. Join us for summer classes, enroll today! One more week and we will start class!
7:45 pm Int/Adv class: We will resume for more fun combinations on June 22nd! Don't' forget to enroll.

| | | Monday- Palomar College class- Near and Middle Eastern Dance class course 162, 163, 262 and 263
6:30 pm - 9:30 pm- 16 week credited course for those wanting credits or for those just wanting to join the class and have fun and learn a lot.
Change in days and times for my Palomar College class. Tell your friends and family that now they can join, since it's in the evening. "Me time"! Woot woot!

| | | Wednesday- Sohaila's Shining Stars Class- All level belly dance class and Choreography class
7-8 pm: So how did you do in last weeks class, we worked on some fun combinations. So this week we are going to travel the world and teach you some fun dance styles from the Mid East. Hmm, shall I teach you khalleeji, maybe persian. hmm....come to class and find out what we are going to learn!
We always have room for more students, please tell you friends. Remember that I have online classes as too. If you ever want to go back and watch what you have done in class, now you can! You can enroll and become a member here.
8-9 pm: So this new choreography is really taken shape. Lets get some more moves in this week, then time to perfect it! You gals are looking good, I sent you the can choreography in the making, so check your drop box. If you are a SAAD or NewVo member, you can check it out in your members hub under choreography's.
NOTE: In order to participate in upcoming events you need to come to Wednesday evening class. If you are an online member you have these choreography class practices in your member hub for you to watch. |

It's summer time and we are having a fun NewVo class on Saturday mornings, every week is something new and exciting, you never know what I am going to throw into the mix. I always take special requests so if you want to work on a specific muscle group or want to see some more fun inspiring moves, just let me know! Email me and let me know exactly what you would like to focus on..perhaps inner and outer thighs. Possibly the arms….just let me know and I will dedicate the workout to you! Just like Debbra did, she asked if we can focus this last class for inner and outer thighs and gluteus, so we did!
