A Note from Sohaila.......
Hi Friend,

It's the first day of Spring and what a beautiful first day it is!

Spring is the perfect time for renewal...body, mind and soul, don't you think!?
It's time to refresh your "to do" list and get going on accomplishing your goals. 
So the first thing on your list should be:
  • "Take care of ME."
So how do we actually take care of ourselves? Sometimes we think we're taking care of ourselves but we're really not. We spend a majority of our time caring for others or doing work and thats not quality time for us. I'm talking about the things we need to do to refresh ourselves and reconnect on a deeper soul level.

So here are some suggestions to help you to spring into action and take care of yourself:

  1. Treat yourself to a retreat. This can be an sort of workshop, webinar, or retreat that inspires and uplifts you. For instance I lead retreats that help women connect with their femininity and become empowered. 
  2. Connect yourself with a fun time from your past, such as baking cookies with your mom. Get out that recipe, make them and enjoy.
  3. Turn on your favorite music and just dance! Do any moves and/or style that you want. If you prefer to be with other people take a dance class. 
These are just a few ways to take care of yourself and get your Spring off to a great start!
