Whew, thank goodness that heat wave left us for a while. We sure love the heat but when it takes our energy, it's not so great. So now it's getting cooler and getting darker these days as we come upon the Fall. I invite you to keep lifted and don't fall back this Fall. Come to class and stay inspired and invigorated!

| Monday- Palomar College class- Near and Middle Eastern Dance class course 162, 163, 262 and 263 (Professor JoEllen Handelsman)12 week intensive credited course for those wanting credits or for those just wanting to join in, have fun and get exercise. This class is for you!
6:00 pm - 9:25 pm- Time to get back into the swing of things and get out hips moving, and our heart pumping with some more amazing moves that you will learn in class. Can't wait to see some combinations tonight in class!

| | | Tuesday Poway Adult Ed Class- Beg/Int and Int/Adv classes
6:30 pm Beg/Int class: Classes will resume on September 15th. Looking forward to seeing you in class whether you are repeat student or a new student, we will have a fun time learning some awesome moves!
7:45 pm Int/Adv class: Classes will resume on September 15th. Great combinations in this class!

| | | | Wednesday- Sohaila's Shining Stars Class- All level belly dance class and Choreography class
7-8 pm: Last week we got inspired with out Dancers Divine Goal setting Map, its great to see so many of you accomplishing those goals for this year, can't wait to see the end result at the end of the year!!!! So this week it's all about those hips. We will work on script hip patterns and how to flow our bodies more smoothly.
We always have room for more students, please tell you friends. Remember that I have online classes as too. If you ever want to go back and watch what you have done in class, now you can! You can enroll and become a member here.

| | | Saturday, September 19th- Belly dancing for Pregnancy
Sohaila teaches once every other month at the Birthing Education Center.
This is a fun class for those that are pregnant from 1 week to 9 months! No need to feel like you can't dance right before childbirth, you can! Belly dance moves can enhance your pregnancy and your child birth. The next class is this Saturday, September 19th, from 1-2 pm. Enroll and join us!

Email me and let me know exactly what you would like to focus on..perhaps inner and outer thighs. Possibly the arms….just let me know and I will dedicate the workout to you! Just like Debbra did, she asked if we can focus this last class for inner and outer thighs and gluteus, so we did!
