| | | Did you know that Benjamin Franklin is credited with creating the first mastermind circle. His “Junto” started many social institutions in Philadelphia in the 18th Century. Some of Benjamin Franklin’s greatest ideas got their start in the Junto.
The Junto Club eventually grew into the American Philosophical society. If great leaders in history, sports stars and celebrities have credited much of their success to a mastermind circle, then it seems that it makes sense for entrepreneurs to create one. Some people may have a mastermind circle and don’t even know it. |
| For those of you who aren't familiar with the term, a Mastermind Circle is a group of motivated and inspired individuals who are interested in getting together for to share ideas, goal set, strategize, and inspire one another. The goal is to reach our goals together and to build self-confidence, success and all types of wealth (financial and personal).
Being part of a powerful mastermind circle, provides us with much needed accountability. Our members hold each other responsible to do the things they say they will do. Members must agree to keep a good communication rapport with the mastermind circle. Your commitment doesn't end after you go home. In between mastermind circle meetings, you'll be required to stay in touch and complete the tasks you've agreed to. Doing this assures you the most impact on your success.
The mastermind circle is not a networking group. While it is fine to refer business to each other or do affiliate projects, we are here to support one another, not try to get business from each other. Our mastermind members are peers who see each other as equals and here to encourage the betterment of each individual member.

Coming together as a group makes us more powerful because we get more great minds and outside perspectives. All members should want to make this year better than the last and should have the desire to reach their goals as quickly as possible. When this group works the way it’s supposed to, everyone comes out of the meetings feeling inspired and ready to tackle their most complex problems and paralyzing quandaries.
Our mastermind group will include:
