Hi Friend,
It’s a proven fact that lifetime learning keeps us healthy in mind, body, and soul. Experts say that keeping our minds active with continual skill or knowledge learning combats memory loss, de-stresses us, and builds our confidence. There are documented connections between learning and longevity. People with lifelong curiosity seem to be happier than those with closed minds. These are all important factors for living a long, healthy, and happy life (https://hbr.org/2017/02/lifelong-learning-is-good-For-your-health-your-wallet-and-your-social-life). The really cool thing is that there are so many ways to stimulate your brain through learning and have fun at the same time. Another perk of lifetime learning is that “learners are real earners.” People who make a point of learning a higher skillset or updating their personal and professional knowledge generally earn much more than those who don’t.
Here are some of my favorite ways to keep my burning yearning for learning fired up:

| 1. Make a Point to Talk to Smart People. This one is so easy! Meeting and spending time with intelligent people can be super enlightening. The best things is that almost everyone is intelligent about something. All you have to do is find out what it is and engage them in a conversation about it. For instance, I love hanging out with people who are extremely good at what they do. I like to ask a lot of questions and find that people usually love to talk about their passions. 2.Think Outside Your Comfort Zone. An easy way to do this is to watch something new on TV or read a new type of book. Documentaries are great learning tools. Try one about something another friend or your partner is interested in and watch it together so you can discuss it afterwards. If you normally read fiction, try a nonfiction book about something new that might be helpful to your business or your personal life. Or read about a hobby looks fun but you’ve been nervous about trying. I love making videos and writing books about belly dancing because they serve as a fun way to introduce this amazing art form to new people. 3.Try a new hobby or revitalize an old one. Everyone should have at least one hobby that makes them profoundly happy and improves some aspect of themselves. Staying committed can be difficult, though. Set aside time each week to work on your hobby and set goals towards mastering it. Studies tell us that it takes 10,000 hours to become a master at anything. For most people, that’s anywhere from 6-10 years of consistent time and effort. The time will pass no matter what so why not add a couple new pros to your “Happy Life” resume?

Working as a professional photographer since 1990, David received a Masters Degree in Internet Marketing in 2013. Some of his first clients with visual marketing were the Escondido Chamber of Commerce and Westfield Mall. Sohaila's Belly Dance and NewVo Fitness Classes
I have a plethora of amazing belly dance classes and NewVo fitness classes to choose from either in studio or online. I know for some of you that it is just too hard to get to a dance or fitness class, this is why I have structured my classes to be in studio or on line. I have an exclusive member hub that you have access to 24/7 to learn from anywhere you are around the world! Over 400 live dance and fitness classes. New classes posted weekly! Check it out here. For those that want an intimate small group setting to learn from, then join me in my in studio classes. I have two classes that are offered in studio in Escondido, California. My Wednesday evening class is an ongoing belly dance class starting at 7:00 pm. If you care to stay for our choreography class this starts at 8 pm. My NewVo fitness class, which is a multi-cultural fitness class that takes you around the world in less than 45 minutes, will leave you energized all day.
