Monday Poway Class- Beg/Int and Int/Adv Belly Dance Classes
We had two fun and challenging classes last week. I hope you had fun. Make sure to let your friends know that its not too late to enroll for the class. www.powayusd.com/pusdctae/
6:30 pm Beg/Int class: Hope you had fun in class. Please keep practicing your moves that you learned, which were your head movements, rib cage, camels and basic walk. 7:45 pm Int/Adv class combinations and repetitions: Hope you had fun learning a couple of new dance phrases. Make sure to practice those 3/4 shimmies with the pony step as well as your arm sways. REMINDER NO CLASS MONDAY- HOLIDAY on the 19th. |

Wednesday- Sohaila's Shining Stars Class- All level belly dance class and Choreography
7-8 pm: What an energizing class we had, first we worked on drum repetitions then added a dance phrase, too much fun! We didn't have time to get to last weeks combination, but I want you to practice adding them together this week…your homework. Looking forward to seeing it this week in class.
8-9 pm: Lets perfect these choreography's so we can move on to the specifics for the extravaganza! |

Friday Palomar College Class- Near and Middle Eastern Dance class 9:00 am
What a great first class we had! This session we are going to do things a bit different then my normal outline. We are jumping right into our choreography. The reason is because I want you to know it so well for the faculty show this year. SInce we have to get precise on technique its perfect timing to start now. Please keep watching the video I sent you with the girls practicing the Cane choreography. We will start perfecting the moves this Friday in class. Reminder to tell your friends that we still have openings to join this fun class!
