Tuesday Poway Class- Beg/Int and Int/Adv Belly Dance Classes
So how are you doing with writing your name with movements? Pretty fun eh?! Lets continue having fun with your script hip patterns and your diagram patterns. Also lets add in veils! Veils are such a beautiful prop, you will see!6:30 pm Beginning/Int class

Wednesday Sohaila's Shining Stars Class- All level belly dance class and Choreography 7 pm - 9 pm
7-8 pm: We had a fun time learning Khalleeji and detailed some of the moves that some of you were having difficulty with. So proud of Brigitte, she has her head toss perfect now!!!
8-9 pm: Last week I had you do some fun freestyle, this is really helping you to bring out those dance moves and being able to combine them much more freely and continuously, great job girls! Lets focus on detailing the cane choreography one last time so we can move on to another fun choreography. |

Thursday Being Fit Class- NewVo Dance Fusion

Friday Palomar College Class
I hope you got a lot out of watching footage of dancers from the 40' and 50's. It's so awesome seeing how the dance was represented back then and see today. I am so proud to be able to keep this art form alive. So it's time to get out the veils and learn how to incorporate this fun prop into our dance! Get ready to get a great work out in this arms!
