Monday Poway Class- Beg/Int and Int/Adv Belly Dance Classes 6:30 pm Beg/Int class: A new session starting this Monday evening,  March 23rd. Please don't forget to enroll in the class.  7:45 pm Int/Adv - Combinations and fun….another choreography perhaps? hmmm! Wednesday- Sohaila's Shining Stars Class- All level belly dance class and Choreography 7-8 pm: So you have practice…we worked on a dance phrase last week, putting together camels, safety pins, one hip circles and one hip shimmies. Can't wait to see how you are doing with them and how your transitions are coming along! 8-9 pm: Last week we worked on a modification for the cane choreography exchanging the floor work when we perform in places we can not go on the ground for. It turned out well. Lets continue perfecting the drum choreography this week. Thursday Being Fit Class in Mira Mesa- NewVo Dance Fitness Always a fun and energetic class.
