| | | Hi Friend,
Yes, we are experiencing a heat wave here in San Diego and we’ve got our air conditioners on ultra cool. That’s all good, but I’m talking about the things we need to do to our passion for life burning hot. When we lose that drive and focus it’s hard to feel good about anything, let alone be living joyous days. Sometimes, we all get a little stagnant in our relationships, careers, and the other important areas of our lives. It’s important to know that we can always recharge our batteries and bring fresh energy into everything we do. Here are some ways to rev up your passion and heat up your Summer in a good way:
1. Invest in a day of discovery that fires up your soul and helps you get your groove back. You can search online to find a retreat near you, like my Sense-ual Woman VIP Day. In fact, my August retreat will focus on bringing passion back into your relationship and making your partner “Hot” for you and only you! 2. Cook something spicy. Enjoying flavorful food can literally spice up your life. One of my favorite recipes is my signature Spicy Chocolate Bark. It brings back memories of the Middle Eastern spice markets I visited during my youthful travels. Just thinking about those days makes me feel young again! 3. Decorating with bright colors has the same effect as wearing them. Create a passionate space for you and your partner by using red. Make a tranquil space for you to rejuvenate by using blue or green. Make an energetic space to work with yellows.
