EnergySolutions and Terrestrial Energy Sign MOU to Site IMSR Plants
ENERGY SOLUTIONS

Terrestrial Energy Inc., a developer of advanced small modular nuclear power plants, and EnergySolutions, the owner of the Kewaunee Power Station, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on the siting and deployment of Integral Molten Salt Reactor (IMSR) plants at EnergySolutions-owned sites. This partnership aims to leverage EnergySolutions' expertise and portfolio of sites to accelerate the deployment of IMSR plants, which provide clean, reliable, and low-cost heat and power.
