Microgrid powers new holiday lights display

When the new Fox Cities Festival of Lights opens on Friday, two-thirds of the light displays will be powered using renewable energy thanks to a partnership between Faith Technologies in Menasha, Excellerate Manufacturing and DCentraIQ.

2019 New North Summit
This year's New North Summit will kick off with Jan Allman, CEO of Marinette Marine Corporation, Melissa Hughes, WEDC Secretary and CEO, and City of Green Bay Mayor, Eric Genrich. 
Jan Allman has extensive manufacturing and operational excellence experience. Prior to joining FMM, Allman served as the Vice President of Global Manufacturing at Navistar Corporation, where she and her manufacturing team played a pivotal role in helping to reinvent Navistar's manufacturing landscape.

Before joining the WEDC as Secretary and CEO, Melissa “Missy” Hughes was General Counsel and Chief Mission Officer at Organic Valley.
Before joining Organic Valley, she was an associate attorney at the firm of Holland & Hart practicing in the areas of natural resources, construction litigation, and corporate business transactions.

Eric Genrich was elected the 42nd Mayor of Green Bay in April 2019. Prior to becoming Mayor, Genrich was elected to the state Assembly in November 2012. Serving three terms, he represented the 90th Assembly District which comprises the majority of the City of Green Bay.
