Chad Bostick has joined Community First Credit Union as Chief Financial Officer, relocating to Wisconsin from Alaska. He brings more than 14 years of credit union experience to the role, including his most recent position as CFO with Anchorage-based Credit Union 1.

Bostick earned a Business Administration/Accounting degree from the University of South Dakota and later returned to achieve his Master of Professional Accountancy degree. His professional career began in 2004 in Audit, Assurance and Advisory Services with Deloitte in Minneapolis before becoming Internal Audit Manager with Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union four years later. In 2012, he was promoted to Matanuska Valley CFO, serving almost six years before moving to Credit Union 1...

The Plymouth-based artisan cheesemaker named Bert Sartori its new CEO, the fourth generation of the Sartori family to lead the award-winning company with more than 900 employees. Bert previously served as president of the company.

Consolidated Construction and NAI Pfefferle break ground on SouthPointe industrial speculative facility in Sheboygan

SHEBOYGAN -- Consolidated Construction Co., Inc., in coordination with NAI Pfefferle and Sheboygan SouthPointe Development, LLC, held a gold shovel groundbreaking ceremony today for a new leasable manufacturing facility to be built in the SouthPointe Industrial Park campus at 3327 Horizon Drive in Sheboygan.

The SouthPointe speculative project consists of a 100,000-square-foot building that is divisible into sections of 30,000 square feet and up. The master plan also allows for a future Phase II expansion of an additional 100,000 square feet, which would create a total footprint of up to 200,000 square feet...

NWTC nursing students donate more than 300 blankets to Northeast Wisconsin hospitals

GREEN BAY -- Nursing students at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College are making a difference for area hospitals.

NWTC's Students Nurses Association held its annual Books and Blankets event, which fundraises for the group to make and donate blankets.

SNA raised over $2,500 to put toward materials, creating over 300 blankets.The group says this year may have been the most successful year yet for the event...

GB trucking company hosts bike drive for children in need

GREEN BAY – Contract Transport Services donated more than 35 bikes to gift to children in need this holiday season.

The trucking company partners with Pals for Brown County and Foundations Foster Care to facilitate the donations. All of the brand-new bikes were purchased by CTS employees.
