NEW NORTH, October 13, 2020 – A scheduled welcome message from the Green Bay Packers’ Mark Murphy and presentations from four regional leaders highlight the program of the annual New North Summit, set for Thursday, March 11, 2021. Speaking at the event will be Kim Bassett of Bassett Mechanical, Dr. Imran A. Andrabi of ThedaCare, Michelle Schuler of Microsoft and Joe Kirgues of gener8tor.

After meeting in a closed session Tuesday, Oct. 6, the village board approved a development agreement with Bayland Buildings, Inc., to develop 65.7 acres of property recently acquired by Hobart from the Sorenson Family Trust. Packers Foundation awards $1 million in annual grants

The Green Bay Packers Foundation announced this week it has distributed $1 million in annual grants to 237 civic and charitable groups throughout the state of Wisconsin in its annual distribution of grants. Tom Cardella, chairperson of the Foundation, made the announcement, and checks recently were mailed to the organizations.

The recipient groups typically receive the grants at a luncheon in the Lambeau Field Atrium in December, but due to the pandemic, this year's grants were issued earlier to assist those....

Feeding America hosts drive-thru food distribution in Manitowoc

Feeding America is helping folks who find themselves in a food emergency, many of them for the first time, because of the pandemic.

Local 5 News was there as they distributed food Monday with a drive-thru set up.
