SHEBOYGAN SUN

KOHLER — “It’s really a unique opportunity for Kohler and Sheboygan County because if you think about the lineup, it’s really a who's who of major cities across the world," said Jason Mengel, 2020 Ryder Cup Director.

"The last Ryder Cup was in Paris, the next Ryder Cup’s going to be in Rome and New York City," Mengel continued. "To see Kohler and Sheboygan County on that list, that really gives this community a chance to roll out the red carpet and shine on the world stage which is very unique.”

From Sept. 21-26, Sheboygan County will once again be in the national spotlight as it hosts the 2020 Ryder Cup at Kohler's Whistling Straits. According to Mengel, who spoke at the Sheboygan County Board of Supervisors meeting in June, this year's Ryder Cup will be on the televisions of more than 500 million homes in over 150 countries and territories....
