Eric Wulterkens, owner of Kings Ridge Media in Appleton, didn’t plan to quit his day job in sales when he started buying and reselling books.

“It all started as a side hustle in 2006,” Wulterkens explained. “I was working full time and had a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) that allowed me to scan a book and it would tell me the Amazon stats on the book. I found that I could buy books that were selling for more on Amazon and resell them. I traveled around the Midwest hitting all the book stores I could find to buy books.”...

No doubt, Chris Roedl could relate to the sentiment. The Hatch Distilling Co. founder launched the Egg Harbor craft distillery in 2018, and while he loves all aspects of his work, the quiet, reserved part of him savors the time he spends outside with his hives and the bees that produce honey for many of Hatch’s spirits....

SHEBOYGAN -- When leaders at Georgia-based craft ice cream maker High Road came across the former Three Twins ice cream plant in Sheboygan, they knew they’d found the ideal production space to expand their brand.

Nicki Schroeder, chief marketing officer and co-founder of the company alongside her husband, Keith, says the city’s manufacturing reputation and strong workforce caught their attention. “The people that work there are amazing. LUXEMBURG – Over 400 entries were submitted from dairy manufacturers from across Wisconsin, and of them, a manufacturer from Luxemburg was declared the winner.

Ron’s Wisconsin Cheese, LLC took home the first-place blue ribbon award at the Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Products Contest. The contest reportedly had 49 classes and included new classes for cheese curds, custard and edam and gouda...
