Moraine Park Technical College releases phased reopening plan

Moraine Park Technical College has released a phased plan for reopening amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The first two phases are currently being implemented. They focus on providing access to students and faculty to allow them to complete face-to-face courses for the spring semester.
