State of Wisconsin COVID-19 Relief
Ethnic Minority Emergency Grant
The online application portal will be open from May 18-24, 2020. You may apply through any of the Wisconsin’s Collective Ethnic and Diverse Organizations websites. Minority-owned micro-businesses with five or fewer full-time equivalent employees in the retail, service or hospitality sectors are encouraged to apply for a one-time grant of $2,000 for short-term operations assistance through Wisconsin’s Collective Ethnic and Diverse Organizations. Sheboygan’s Harbor Centre Business Improvement District is offering $90,000 in grants to small businesses closed by COVID-19

The Harbor Centre Business Improvement District is making funds available for local businesses that faced COVID-19-related closures.

The BID will reallocate $90,000 from its 2020 budget to create grants ranging up to $5,000, according to a news release Thursday. The application period is open now, but businesses must meet eligibility requirements for the grants.
