OSHKOSH NORTHWESTERN OSHKOSH - A new Youth Welcome Center that serves as the guidepost for all activities aimed at young people is the latest addition for the expanding list of youth activities at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2023. The 70th edition of the Experimental Aircraft Association’s fly-in convention is July 24-30 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh. “Nearly all of us involved in aviation today were inspired at some point in our younger years,” said Paul Maloy, EAA’s director of education, in a news release. “When we began welcoming those 18-and-under at no charge beginning in 2021, we immediately noticed an increase in the number of families at AirVenture.
