2020 Census: Wisconsin communities see strong early response rates, turn focus to under-counted populations

It looks like many northeastern Wisconsin residents found at least one thing to do while they sheltered in place: The Census.
Northeastern Wisconsin counties have some of Wisconsin's highest, and also its lowest, 2020 U.S. Census response rates roughly one month after households started receiving notices to go online, call or mail in their completed census form.
