Sheboygan City Plan Commission approves expansion of Old World Creamery

SHEBOYGAN - The Sheboygan City Plan Commission approved a conditional use permit for the expansion of Old World Creamery, 1606 Erie Ave., at Tuesday afternoon's bi-weekly meeting at City Hall.

The expansion will include five building additions, an off-site parking lot and the relocation of a truck scale.

The building additions will total approximately 17,000 square feet, and will range from 73 square feet for a roof extension on the silo building to 11,340 square feet for a production building expansion.

GREEN BAY -- FOX 11 has learned a local developer, with successes in redeveloping property near the Fox River, is the buyer of the former Wisconsin Public Service headquarters in downtown Green Bay.

Area students will have an opportunity to attend college locally at Moraine Park while saving money on tuition and housing costs after the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents cleared the pathway between state technical colleges and four-year institutions.
