If you combine a Tiki bar and a pontoon boat, you get Sheboygan's new pedal tavern boat, Sheboatin'.
Justin Vannieuwenhoven, 28 — who started Shebikin', a pedal tavern bike that gives tours in Sheboygan in 2018 — plans to launch Sheboatin' this June. This Saturday the new business will be featured on the local television show "Project Pitch It."
