Accounting and consulting firm Wipfli LLP acquired a business in Denver, the company’s third transaction in Colorado in recent years.
Hughes & Co. joined Wipfli at the start of 2021. The full-service certified public accounting firm was founded in 1999 and provides accounting, tax and business advisory services, according to a news release. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
