Paving 14 turns of racing history: The Walbec Group worked with Road America to repave the historic racetrack
FOR CONSTRUCTION PROS

ELKHART LAKE -- Nestled in the rolling hills of small town Wisconsin lies Road America, a racetrack unlike any other in the world. The 4.048 mile track features 14 turns and sits on 640 acres of land with natural slopes and superelevation changes that thrill racecar drivers and enthusiasts alike. The track hosts dozens of races each year and countless other community events, making it a truly unique - and busy - piece of the racing world.

Last paved in 1995, the Road America course was due for a makeover. The track has deep roots dating back to 1955 however, and the team at Road America, along with fans of the track, didn’t want to see any major changes made to this historic course...

All Seasons Transformation expands
PRESS TIMES

GREEN BAY – Realizing the need to support men going through difficult times, especially in the wake of a global pandemic, the We All Rise African American Resource Center has expanded its services with a new location and identity to provide residential services for all men needing a helping hand.

Built in 1927, the red-brick building originally called St. Mary’s Nurses Home eventually became a hospital, followed by the Santa Maria Nursing Home.

All Seasons Transformation, a non-profit organization, formed in 2019 as We All Rise felt the increase in homelessness in the Green Bay area needed to be addressed. The new residential facility houses 49 beds, serving men of all ages with “support, safety and advocacy.”..

He helped bring in the outlet mall, keep Oshkosh Corp. and grow chamber membership. Now, John Casper is ready to retire
OSHKOSH NORTHWESTERN

OSHKOSH – When John Casper started at the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce, "the internet" was unheard of and the Fox River's waterfront was hardly accessible in Oshkosh.

That was back in 1987, when he was hired as its director of commercial development. He retired Dec. 28 as its CEO, a role he held since December 1990. Rob Kleman, the chamber's former vice president of economic development, has since taken over the helm.

Things have changed a lot during Casper's 35 years with the chamber, including the organization itself: Membership grew more than 50%, reaching its all-time high of 1,157 members, and he led the chamber to earn its first accreditation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 1993....
