5 Things Your Barista isn't Telling You + Real Estate Tip (Multiple Offer Market)
1. A bigger cup doesn't mean more coffee.  A 16-ounce latte and a 20-ounce latte both have 2 expresso shots. A 'short' and 'tall' both have one shot.

2. Don't buy the bottled water.
High-end shops have in-house filtration systems, ask for a glass of water.

3. Our coffee is old.
Most of the beans are over a year old. Keep in mind that coffee peaks within 12 months, as the essential oils are lost after this time.

4. We offer cheap refills. Most cafes--including Starbucks--offer a .50cent  refill on any brewed coffee, as long as you're in store.

5. A french press is always the best. Meeting clients or friends at a coffee house? The 32-ounce french press is as much as seperate cups but you'll be able to pick your own roast and it's brewed fresh to order.

Real Estate Tip - In a multiple offer market, ensure you have your best foot forward by presenting your offer as clean as possible and with the realistic market value attached. (It is not the market to be trying to get a huge price discount).

Ensure that you have your financing pre-approval ready to go and you have provided the broker with all your docs.

Have a property inspector, drain tile inspector, septic inspector and other professionals ready to move on the property.
