Marziano Abbona has distinguished itself as one of the region’s finest producers. The Abbona family has been cultivating vineyards since the 1920’s and Marziano Abbona began bottling wine under the family name in the 1970’s. Each Abbona label is designed by family friend, Gianni Galli, and features various species of birds found on the estate’s vineyards.
The firm palate shows roast coffee, dried cherry and licorice with bracing tannins.
