The terroir is sandy and granitic with also veins of Manganese. Yohan Lardy is practicing organic farming in his old gamay vines and natural winemaking techniques in the cellar, using native yeasts for fermentation and aging his wines in neutral oak barrels for 8 months. The resulting wine's expression is impressively concentrated rich with raspberry and Cherry flavors and a balance of acidity.

2012 Cristom Mt Jefferson Pinot Noir
Willamette, Oregon

$32 bottle

This Pinot Noir is a medium garnet color. On the nose it is showing cola berry, oolong tea and wild berry aromas. It has the 'signature' Mt. Jefferson liveliness on the palate with bright, juicy red cherry flavors that echo on the finish. There are more complex flavors of earth and spice evident on the palate but they need a little time to show through more completely. This Pinot Noir will develop nicely in the short to medium term.
2014 Division Pinot Noir “Un”
Williamette Valley, Oregon

$35 bottle

The 2014 Division Pinot Noir “Un” has both the vibrant freshness and dense fruit core they have become known for, as well as added savory and earthy complexity.

2014 Division Chardonnay “Un”
Willamette Valley, Oregon

$30 bottle

A nice balance of orchard (pear/apple) characteristics, some very delicate "sweet cream" like flavor, as well as a nice amount of lemon and citrus. Nice amount of richness, which is balanced with acidity and full flavor. Pair with good times, good food, and good people. Only 100 cases produced!
2014 Domaine de La Bregeonnette
Gros-Plant du Pays Nantais
Folle Blanche
Loire, France

$12 bottle

Bright, dry and light body with notes of white fruit, lemon and nice minerality.
