You will be able to enter the site starting at 11:55am ET, and the Welcome Remarks will begin at 12:00pm ET. You will receive a link and password early next week to access the conference website. Please read these important pre-event preparation tips and find the instructions to access the virtual conference site below: Important Pre-Conference Planning and Setup Test your system upon receipt of this email to ensure you can work with Zoom Meetings and Webinars. This virtual program uses ZOOM Meetings and Webinars to deliver you the presentations via a screen-sharing technology. To help speed up the process of entering a virtual session room, please download the ZOOM plugin before the start of the symposium. Please visit https://zoom.us/support/download to download and install the ZOOM plugin from the PC/MAC that you will be using on the day of your presentation. Use the link provided to test the PC/MAC that you will use to view the presentations to be sure it works with ZOOM: https://zoom.us/test. Be sure you are connected to a reliable internet connection during the test. We recommend you use a PC or MAC with an updated version of either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Make sure you have pop-ups blockers disabled in your Internet browser settings and ensure that your internet browser is Active X enabled. Wifi is not recommended if you do not have a strong connection. We recommend a wired connection, which gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth, providing an overall better experience. Audio (sound) is projected through your computer.
