University of Washington Seeks School-Based Mental Health Clinicians The University of Washington is seeking school-based mental health clinicians who work with diverse youth groups to participate in the Virtual Implicit Bias Reduction & Neutralization Training (VIBRANT) Youth Study. This study aims to pilot test VIBRANT for school mental health clinicians as an innovative strategy for reducing clinician implicit bias, improving the equitable delivery of high quality, evidence-based mental healthcare, and ultimately improving mental health outcomes for Black and Latinx youth.
Participating clinicians will receive free training and consultation, earn CE credits, and up to $450 in study incentives. Participants will be recruited until May 2025. |
