Subject: NEW School Mental Health Technical Assistance Opportunity for States

The Center for School Mental Health is excited to share this Request for Proposals inviting new states to join our National Coalition for the State Advancement of School Mental Health (NCSA-SMH).

Since launching this coalition in summer 2017, our eight NCSA-SMH state teams have significantly increased adoption of the National School Mental Health Census and the national quality and sustainability performance measures in their respective states. Coalition participants have benefited from the common platform (www.TheSHAPESystem.com) for districts to measure and track their progress in key school mental health measures, in addition to the school mental health technical assistance that CSMH provides to all coalition members. As detailed in the RFP, participating states also receive free registration and hotel in order to attend the 2018 Annual Conference on Advancing School Mental Health.

CSMH will host a webinar on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 from 1:00-2:00 pm Eastern to review the RFP and answer questions; participation in the RFP webinar is not necessary to apply.
