Please read these important pre-event preparation tips and find the instructions to access the virtual conference site below: Important Pre-Conference Planning and Setup Test your system upon receipt of this email to ensure you can work with Zoom Meetings and Webinars. This virtual program uses ZOOM Meetings and Webinars to deliver you the presentations via a screen-sharing technology. To help speed up the process of entering a virtual session room, please download the ZOOM plugin before the start of the symposium. Please visit https://zoom.us/support/download to download and install the ZOOM plugin from the PC/MAC that you will be using on the day of your presentation. Use the link provided to test the PC/MAC that you will use to view the presentations to be sure it works with ZOOM: https://zoom.us/test. Be sure you are connected to a reliable internet connection during the test. We recommend you use a PC or MAC with an updated version of either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Make sure you have pop-ups blockers disabled in your Internet browser settings and ensure that your internet browser is Active X enabled. Wifi is not recommended if you do not have a strong connection. We recommend a wired connection, which gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth, providing an overall better experience. Audio (sound) is projected through your computer.
Viewing the Live Sessions You will be able to enter a program at approximately 15 minutes prior to the start time. Speakers and moderators can enter 30 minutes ahead of time to prep for session. Go to the Virtual Conference Site URL: www.SchoolMentalHealth2021.com Password: ASMH2021 and click the arrow or hit Enter to Return to login. You will automatically be on the home page with general conference information. To view and enter sessions, select "Access Day 1 Sessions" or "Access Day 2 Sessions" from the top-right corner. Select "Enter General Session" to enter the Zoom webinar for the welcome, keynotes, and awards. When the general session has finished each day, scroll further down on the page or select the conference session from the daily agenda, find the session you want to attend, and select "Enter."

Tech Support Continuing Education Continuing education will be offered for live sessions for counselors, marriage/family therapists, nurses, psychologists, and social workers. More information will be shared at the conference. You can download the continuing education packet now.
On-Demand Conference Sessions Pre-recorded, on-demand conference sessions will be available starting October 18 through December 31, 2021. The link and password to access these sessions will be sent to registered conference attendees following the conference. Continuing education credits are not available for on-demand sessions.
