Research Participation Requests

University of Washington Seeks School-Based Mental Health Clinicians

for VIBRANT Youth Study

The University of Washington is seeking school-based mental health clinicians who work with diverse youth groups to participate in the Virtual Implicit Bias Reduction & Neutralization Training (VIBRANT) Youth Study. This study aims to pilot test VIBRANT for school mental health clinicians as an innovative strategy for reducing clinician implicit bias, improving the equitable delivery of high quality, evidence-based mental healthcare, and ultimately improving mental health outcomes for Black and Latinx youth.


Participating clinicians will receive free training and consultation, earn CE credits, and up to $450 in study incentives. Participants will be recruited until May 2025.

University of Missouri Aims to Recruit 80 Middle Schools

 to Participate in PAL Classrooms 2.0 Study

The University of Missouri and the eMINTS National Center have been awarded an Education Innovation and Research (EIR) Grant to expand prosocial education into middle school. The Prosocial and Active Learning (PAL) Classrooms 2.0 Project is a 5-year $8 million study that aims to improve school climate by increasing prosocial behavior and student engagement in a school-wide approach.


Teachers and administrators will receive high-quality professional development on how to implement prosocial education and evaluate current policies and practices that impact school climate.

 

Participants will be recruited until Summer 2025.
