NCAT Online Services coming soon

The Consumer and Commercial Division will soon be launching a new Online Service. It will replace the existing NCAT Online and will improve the customer experience.


NCAT Online Services will:


  • Expand the type of online forms available

  • Enable parties to lodge requests and supporting documentation

  • Allow forms to be saved as drafted

  • Introduce bulk payments.

Aboriginal Tenancy List commenced in September 2023

NCAT recently introduced an Aboriginal Tenancy List in the Consumer and Commercial Division on 6 September 2023.


The key objective of the List is to encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders to get more involved in the Tribunal process. The List makes it easier for them to access support and advocacy services.


The Aboriginal Tenancy List will:


  • Allows extra time for Tribunal Members to deal with matters

  • Facilitates access to service providers including advocates and financial counsellors

  • Provides access to conciliators to help you come to a solution that everybody agrees with during conciliation.
