Changes to in-person hearings and counter services extended
In response to the latest COVID-19 health advice from the NSW Government, there will be no in-person hearings at NCAT until at least Monday 19 July 2021.

Matters will proceed by audio visual link (AVL) or telephone if possible. If you have not already been contacted by the registry with alternative arrangements please contact the registry on 1300 006 228.
Counter services
There will be no in-person registry counter service in Sydney CBD, Liverpool, Penrith, Parramatta and Wollongong until Monday 19 July 2021. Please make contact by phone or email.
Check-in service
From Monday 12 July 2021 it is mandatory for people attending NCAT premises to check-in. Service NSW QR codes are on display at all locations, including registry counters and hearing rooms. Manual check-in is available for people without a digital device.
Masks and face coverings
Face masks are compulsory in all NCAT premises.
Any further changes to NCAT services will be announced on the NCAT Coronavirus (COVID-19) web page.
