We’re so excited to have you join us as an exhibitor at the NNBA Nurse Entrepreneurship & Career Alternatives Conference in Las Vegas! Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your experience and help us deliver an incredible event.

Hotel Discount Deadline – June 25th!
We’ve secured discounted room rates for our attendees and exhibitors—but only until June 25, 2025. Some nights are already sold out for the general public, so make sure to book ASAP to lock in your room and rate! Reservations can be made directly online or by phone using the group code above.
Exhibitor Setup: Friday, July 18 – 7:00am to 8:00am (Ballroom)
Please be fully set up no later than 8:00am. Attendees will begin entering the Conference Hall at 7:30am.
Exhibit Hours: Friday, July 18 & Saturday, July 19 – Throughout Main Conference
Your booth will be in a high-traffic area to connect with nurse entrepreneurs throughout the event.
Conference Ends: Saturday, July 19 at 4:00pm
**We ask that all exhibitors remain set up until the event concludes.**

To maintain a respectful and professional environment for all:
If you leave before the end of the event, do not break down your table during any speaker presentation or remarks. Doing so is disruptive to our audience and presenters. Anyone who violates this policy will not be invited to exhibit at future NNBA events.
Please wear your conference badge at all times.
Be warm, approachable, and engaged—our attendees are excited to meet you!
Keep noise to a minimum when sessions are in progress nearby.
Bring marketing materials, giveaways, and anything else that makes your booth shine!
