If you have not paid your fitr yet, please do so asap so we can give it out before Eid day - this is part of the obligation. If you haven't already, Zakatul Fitr is an obligatory, small charity given at the end of Ramadan directed to those in need. 

Friend The wisdom of Zakatul Fitr is to ensure that everyone in our community should not worry about food for at least the day of Eid, so we can all celebrate this special day together.

Zakatul Fitr must be given before Eid Salah or else it is invalid. It is a duty which is mandatory on every Muslim, whether male or female, minor or adult, as long as they have the means to do so.

As per the Australian National Imam Council $12 per person is the amount for Zakatul Fitr this year. When you give via NZF, your Fitr will be given to the most needy here in our community.

The easy-to-use payment portal allows the Zakatul Fitr you owe to be easily calculated. We'd appreciate it if you can organise to fulfill your Fitr as early as possible, so we can do our job and get it to those in need before Eid insha Allah.
