Employer Coffee Chats is a platform to support members of migrant and refugee communities. It offers:


  • Free 20-minute sessions with career support experts, helping people navigate the process of looking for jobs

  • Supportive coffee chats with employers from various companies and fields

  • Prizes including professional industry memberships paid for by Spectrum

 

Who can join?


  • People of Migrant and Refugee Background

  • Live in the North or West of Melbourne

  • Are unemployed or only working 12 hours or less per week.
