Assalamu Alaykum Friend,

I just wanted to thank you on behalf of the NZF team for supporting us in the past. Your support has meant a lot to us and has played a key role in supporting people in need, and this helped save the well being and possibly even the Imaan of many.

For this Eid, I ask for your can help once again to support newly settled Afghan refugee families in Victoria. In partnership with the Islamic Council of Victoria (ICV), we will be collecting prayer mats and Qurans as Eid gifts to these families through our Zikkies Thrift Store in Melbourne. If you're interested in donating, please let me know and I'm more than happy to contact you with more details.

You can also book your Qurban locally through our Local Qurban Project to feed and bring the joy of Eid to these Muslim families who have already gone through so many struggles in making it here as refugees SubhaanAllah.

Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “When a person dies, all their deeds end except three remain: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge and a child who prays for them” (Sahih Muslim). So wherever you decide to contribute this Dhul Hijjah, I ask Allah to bless you and if we are honoured by your support today, it would be our amanah (trust) and duty to help it go as far as it can. May Allah to accept all our efforts.
