JazaakAllah Khair for recently signing up to a daily Sadaqah donation to support the important work that we carry out in upholding the pillar of Zakat. May Allah accept this from you. Ameen.
It has been brought to our attention that there might have been a misunderstanding regarding the duration of the daily donations.
To clarify, the number of donations commences from the date you started the donations. If you have signed up to the 30 day donations on 20 June, then the donations will continue for 30 days from the 20 June. They will stop automatically after this period.

We sincerely apologise if this caused any confusion and if you expected the donations to automatically stop at the end of Ramadan irrespective of when you signed up.
If you would like, we are happy to immediately cancel your future payments. We can also refund the amount donated post Ramadan if you wish.
Please let me know if you would like us to take any action. You do not need to reply if you are happy with the donations to stop on the above mentioned end date.
