Set up Daily Payments for the great nights if you haven't already

Ready to make the best of the last 10 nights?

Assalamu Alaykum

The last 10 nights of Ramadan are nearly here, starting this weekend depending on when you started Ramadan.

  • Started Ramadan on 11 Apr : The 21st night will be  30th (Saturday) night.

  • Started Ramadan on 12 Apr: The 21st night will be 31st (Sunday) night.

As we prepare for the end of Ramadan, what better reminder other than the reminder of death. Click below to watch an incredible story of the Muslim Undertaker, right here in Sydney.

Click the below image to watch this powerful video, and reflect on the power of the Qur'an in transforming people's lives. Let us increase in our reading of the Qur'an during these blessed nights.

Set up automated donations

Most of our regular donors setup daily automated donations during these last 10 nights. If you haven't done so already, you can do it by clicking the below button.

Note: Payments will automatically stop at the end of Ramadan. You do not need to do anything.

A reminder of what this means:

  • You can use this feature to pay either Sadaqah or Zakat on Laylatul Qadr.

  • You'd be making a donation every single day, but able to vary it to give more on odd nights or the 27th.

  • You'd be rewarded for doing so in the best nights of the year.

  • There's a high chance you'll also be giving generously on Laylatul Qadr, receiving potentially 700x more (with no real limit - only Allah knows!) reward in the process.

  • You can choose to support any of our programs through your donations if you wish. A beautiful program to support is our Recite to Rise program which supports children here in Australia to get a Quran education when their families are unable to afford it.

May Allah accept your donations, and may it count for you on the day when it matters most. Ameen.

What makes Laylatul Qadr so important?

We came across this short reel by Yaqeen institute that provides a concise summary of why this night is so important. Click below to watch the video.

If you would like to know more in detail, they have also published a paper on this which you can access by clicking here

Narrated Aisha:

With the start of the last ten days of Ramadan, the Prophet (ﷺ) used to tighten his waist belt (i.e. work hard) and used to pray all the night, and used to keep his family awake for the prayers.

The time has now come for us all to tighten our belts too, and end Ramadan in the best possible way. May Allah accept all of our acts of worship during these blessed days. Ameen.

If there is anything we can help with in relation to your Zakat or Sadaqah payments, please do not hesitate to reply to this email.
