We’ve had a strong start to our campaign to raise funds and awareness for sufferers of cancer (and their families!) in our community. Jazakumullah khayr and we hope our entire community is able to get behind the work we are doing for this important cause.

To coincide with the campaign, we’re holding a very important episode of the Real Talk series on the issue of cancer this Wednesday.

Touched by Cancer: How our lives changed forever

In this episode, we reflect on the experiences and lessons that cancer can teach. We also discuss how the community can step up to the plate and aid those struggling against cancer's effects.
