The universe is asking us to change faster than we ever have had to, simply because we are alive on Earth at this time.

Integrating the intensity of change can be overwhelming. It seems easier to just move to the next thing in front of our face, but that comes at a cost to our body and spirit.

This Sunday's is my monthly group clairvoyant reading and healing, we gather for two-hours to get curious, evolve and integrate these changes.

I keep this circle small to insure everyone present gets personal attention.
