Flowers need the right conditions to bloom, so do we, Friend.

This Tune In Tuesday, I share a story about irises in my yard that didn’t bloom for years until the conditions were finally right. 

This is true for each of us too, parts of us may not bloom until the conditions are right. The right conditions go beyond the external factors we need to feel safe and supported in relationships and with resources. 

Your energy field plays a powerful role. 

The great news is that you can create the conditions with intentional practice. 

Take a few minutes to visualize your energy field: get grounded, set your aura bubble, call your energy back to yourself. 

Do it regularly to create supportive, energetic conditions allowing the beauty of who you are to shine.
