Hello Friend,


Post workout reflections …you know that your body needs movement to build and maintain health. Your energetic body needs the same, consistent simple practices to maintain its integrity, to feel good. Managing your health physically and energetically is a practice, that requires repetition to become your set point. This Tune-In Tuesday I want to encourage you to tend to your energy, the best time to start is always NOW. Even if you’ve gotten out of the practice for weeks or months. Getting back into the habit can cause a little discomfort but tending to your energy with even 5 or 10 minutes of active meditation will make a big difference in how you feel for the whole day!
