I have been having some conversations about boundaries and seeing recurring patterns lately with some ladies I have been talking to, so I decided to share my thought on boundaries with all of you as you might be in a similar situation.
You are sabotaging your results by not respecting your boundaries and not saying NO.
First, of course, you need to get clear on what is aligned for you and set clear boundaries around it.
If you haven't set boundaries, you first need to set them.
You need to know what's aligned and what's not aligned so you can always take the right actions and not waste energy and time in the things that don't serve you.
On the other hand, if you already know your boundaries, you need to learn to say NO and stick to them.
This is crucial to creating alignment and achieving the results you desire.
I see that many of you are not setting boundaries and committing to things that are draining your energy and creating a lot of resistance in your life and business.
You are either not setting boundaries at all or setting them and then not respecting them.
You are scared of saying NO, and that is affecting your results at so many levels.
You know inside what you have to do, but for some reason, you always end up committing to things that deplete your energy.
