Yesterday, I was reflecting on success and what it means to me now.

One of my biggest realisations about success has been that success has nothing to do with money.

At the beginning of my business, everything was about hitting 10K months.

When I hit 10K months I will be a successful coach, my mind said...

Having this goal made me feel like a failure and frustrated every time I didn't get there.

What am I doing wrong? What's wrong with me? Why I am not getting the clients and making that money?

This goal just created frustration, resistance and a lot of pressure and stress.

And I see this pattern with a lot of my clients.

They want the clients and the money so hard that they can't see anything else.

They push so hard and forget about the now.

They are in their masculine just focused on that specific outcome and trying to make it no matter what.

They forget to be, to enjoy and they end up having businesses they don't enjoy.

This was me too, by the way...

When I started to work on my alignment through human design, this completely transformed.

The more I understood myself, how my energy works and how to be in alignment, the less money equalled success.

As a manifesting generator, being in alignment is all about satisfaction in the moment.

I realised that to be successful I just had to do what lights me up and be in the present.

Now, success to me is loving what I am doing and having this sense of freedom to do what satisfies me.

It is being able to tune in and change my mind to choose what lights me up in the moment.

Goals are not a thing anymore and don't mean anything to my success.

Success is to do what I love and be turned on by life every single day.
