I have seen a very toxic pattern repeating in the industry and I wanted to bring awareness around it.

Lately, I have talked to some people who shared how coaches and people in the industry made them feel inadequate or not good enough.

They told them weak because of not sticking to a strategy that the coach was imposing on them without considering their alignment.

They were told their message was vanilla and people won't be interested in what they were sharing.

They were told that their way of doing things wasn't right.

They were told to implement things that didn't feel right to them and if they didn't it was because they don't want things bad enough.

I am done with people in the industry making others feel disempowered!!!

As we get closer to 2027 and entering the cross of the sleeping phoenix, we are attuning to becoming self-led and trusting our own inner guidance.

No one knows how to create alignment except you!

No one can tune into your inner wisdom and truth other than you.

You know your stuff and what you are here to do so never let anyone tell you otherwise or make you feel disempowered in your work and your message.

They are not you!

Always trust yourself in everything you do.

What you have to say is important, there are people who need to hear your message.

Your work is important. Your way of doing things is important. What feels right to you is important.

Your uniqueness is what matters the most in your business because no one can do things like you and this is what magnetises your people.

So next time someone makes you feel inadequate, not good enough or doubt about yourself or your work, stay in your power.

As a business mentor the most important thing for me when it comes to helping my clients is to help them create alignment, be empowered in their uniqueness and their work and truly trust themselves.

You should think twice about working with people who are imposing their own ways.

If a mentor, coach or anyone else makes you feel disempowered, don't take that in and keep trusting yourself.

The more you trust yourself and show up empowered in who you truly are, the more soul clients you will magnetise and the more alignment, flow and ease you will create.

Being empowered in your work is key to magnetise soul clients.

Your work is a divine mission, something bigger than you.

You were put on this path for a reason. Your life experiences are there for a reason. Your unique set of skills and who you are is meant to be this way for a reason.

You should never allow anyone to make you feel otherwise. Your uniqueness and own way of doing things is your superpower here on earth.

Your soul people are looking for that!
