Hey, beautiful!

I realised recently that, apart from the emails I sent you about Projector Ads Shift, you haven’t really heard much from me this year.

And there’s actually a reason for that.

A lot has been shifting behind the scenes.

Not just in my business, but in the way I see the work I do and the kind of transformation I want to help women create.

For a long time, like so many people in the business space, there was a lot of focus on results.

More clients.

More money.

More success.

And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with wanting any of those things.

But I’ve found myself becoming much more interested in a different question:

Does the business you’ve created actually work for you?

Because your business can be working…

You can have clients.

You can be making money.

You can be doing all the things you were told you needed to do.

And still feel like the way you’re doing it doesn’t really feel like you.

Maybe it requires too much from you.

Maybe you’re constantly trying to be more consistent, more visible, more productive.

Maybe you’ve built offers or ways of working that made sense on paper, but don’t actually feel good to deliver.

Maybe you want more growth… but a part of you is already wondering how you could fit more into the business you have now.

And over the last few months, I’ve become clearer and clearer that this is the work I want to do.

I want to help women create businesses that work with who they are instead of constantly asking them to operate against themselves.

Businesses that feel like them. That give them more space, more freedom, more ease.

Businesses that don’t require them to push, work hard, or become someone else in order to make them work.

Human Design is part of it.

Business strategy is part of it.

Identity work is part of it.

But none of those things on their own are the work.

The work is looking at you and your business as a whole and asking:

What actually works for you?

What doesn’t anymore?

What are you doing because it’s genuinely aligned with who you are… and what are you doing simply because somewhere along the way you learned that this is how business is supposed to be done?

And then we start redesigning from there.

Which is also why it feels like the right time for me to open my private 1:1 mentorship again.

Over the next few days, I’m going to share a little more about some of the things I look at when I work with my clients, because I think they’ll give you a very different perspective on your own business too.
