Day 33 - Personal Growth
Random Act Of Kindness
Few things make us feel warmer inside than doing something unexpectedly kind for someone.

Get Into Action!

Take 15 minutes or less today (many ideas only take moments) to perform a random act of kindness. Don’t over-think it - spot an opportunity and take it, whether it’s dropping a note into a letterbox complimenting someone on their garden, putting money in a parking metre or paying for a ‘suspended coffee’ (where you buy your own coffee, and another for someone later, who will have theirs for free).

Top Tip...

Performing a random act of kindness can cheer you up if you’re having a low day. ‘Giving’ like this can be re-energising.

"Those best parts of a good life: little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and love"
