Day 21 - Fun & Recreation
Looking Up
Remember as kids we’d spend ages lying on the grass looking up into trees, or staring at the sky, making shapes out of clouds, gently picking at stems of grass or dandelions?

Get Into Action!
  1. Take a picnic rug (if you like) and, with or without other people, spend 15 minutes lying on the grass outside, staring at the sky through the trees.
  2. If it’s raining, spend 15 minutes lying on the floor staring at the ceiling.
It’s a surprisingly easy way to take time out and relax, with a different perspective on the world.

Top Tip

Look for ‘me time’ in the nooks and crannies of life, rather than expecting to find long stretches of time available.
