There is a great need for referees in the Memphis area. Our numbers have been decreasing the past few seasons and the pandemic did not help. TNSOCCER will be hosting two Entry Level Grassroots in the Memphis area prior to the Fall 2021 season.

Classes will be held on July 31 and August 14. Potential referees only need to attend one class and complete the online course work prior to attending. Referees have the ability to set their own schedules and can work as little or as much as they want. Referees can also select if they want to be a center referee or assistant referee. There are leagues in Collierville, Germantown, Memphis and at the Mike Rose Soccer Complex that all have a huge need for referees.

Referees start out making an average of $20 per hour and many referees make over $200 for working a weekend tournament on Saturday and Sunday. Referees who work MSSF during the week make a minimum of $75 per night if working two games.
